 The fourth annual ‘National Victory Day - 2013’ parade that pays tribute to Sri Lanka’s success story over the long-drawn-out separatist war and recognizes unparalleled sacrifices of the tri-services, civil security department and the Police, got underway this morning (18) at Galle Face Green.
