NORTH: On information received, troops in the general area of KATTAPARICHCHAN recovered one 81 mm mortar bomb on Tuesday (7).
De-mining groups recovered twenty seven anti personnel mines and forty one P4 MK1 mines from WITAWAHAWILLUWA, PERIYAMADU and MAVADIVEMBU areas on the same day (7).
