US Embassy Centre for Civil-Military Relations (CCMR) recently conducted a training course on Civil-Military Relations for the Civil Affairs Officers of the Sri Lanka Armed Forces.
The course at the Cinnamon Grand Hotel Colombo was attended by 20 Military Officers including 9 Army Officers. The lectures conducted by a panel of US lecturers including US Army personnel taught student officers various aspects of Civil-Military Relations.
