A cookery workshop for cooks , chefs, waiters and those in-charge of military rations of the Security Force Headquarters-Kilinochchi (SFHQ-KLN), was conducted during 8- 15 September at the Advanced Infantry Platoon Training (AIPT) School, Bharathipuram by the troops of the 65 and 66 Divisions and troops of the Forward Maintenance Area FMA (KLN).
This workshop was launched with the collaboration of the Aquinas University College, Colombo with the intention of improving quality and delicacy of meals, provided to military personnel.
More than 100 cooks, chefs, waiters and assistants attended the workshop conducted by Mr. Sugath Wickramasinghe ,Chief Chef of the Aquinas College.
