The launching ceremony of the book titled “මරණයේ හෝරාව දුටු භටවර ජයසෙන්”, authored by Brigadier D.D.D. Serasinghe USP of the Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police (SLCMP), took place at Army Headquarters on 24 September 2025.
Colonel Zayat Odsuren, Defence Attaché of the Embassy of Mongolia in India, accredited to Sri Lanka, paid a courtesy call on Commander of the Army, Lieutenant General Lasantha Rodrigo RSP ctf-ndu psc IG, on 23 September 2025 at the Army Headquarters.
An Awareness Programme on Etiquette for Regimental Sergeant Majors (RSMs) is conducted by the Directorate of Training on 22 and 23 September 2025 at the Regimental Centre, Sri Lanka Light Infantry, with the participation of 224 Senior Non-Commissioned Officers (SNCOs) representing various Regiments of the Army.
