Major General W.A.U.S. Wanasekara RWP USP, Deputy General Officer Commanding of 55 Infantry Division, was invited to the office of the Commander of the Army, Lieutenant General Lasantha Rodrigo RSP ctf-ndu psc IG, on 08 July 2025, prior to his retirement from the Sri Lanka Army after completing a distinguished military career spanning 33 years.

Abeysinghe ndc of the Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police, recently promoted to the rank of Major General, received his symbol of authority and greetings from Lieutenant General Lasantha Rodrigo RSP ctf-ndu psc IG, the Commander of the Army, during a formal courtesy call held on 08 July 2025 at the Army Headquarters.
A felicitation ceremony was held to honour Major General Y.A.B.M. Yahampath RWP RSP ndu psc, upon his appointment as the 47th Deputy Chief of Staff (DCOS) of the Sri Lanka Army, at the Sri Lanka Light Infantry (SLLI) Regimental Centre on 04 July 2025.

Dolage USP nps psc, the 10th Chief of Staff produced by the Sri Lanka Engineers Corps(SLE) and the Colonel Commandant of the Corps of SLE, was ceremonially felicitated on Friday, 04th July 2025, at the Regimental Centre. This special occasion marked a moment of pride and unity as the Regiment came together to honour one of its most distinguished Senior Officers.
