Army body builder, Lance Corporal M.W.R Jayasundera in the recently concluded 47th Asian Body Building Championship Tournament in Kazakhstan, won Silver in the 55 kg weight category. Beating body builders from 22 other Asian countries, a Gold medal was secured by Wasantha Peiris of Wattala Atlas Sports Club in the 55 kg category.
