  • Gemunu Watch Seva Vanitha Supports SVAB's Housing Project Constructing One More New House

     
    Amidst Seth Pirith chanting of Maha Sangha and blessings of well-wishers and relatives, one more disable War Hero in Alawathugoda, Kandy under the patronage of the Gemunu Watch Seva Vanitha Unit received a new house on Monday (28). This is in compliance with the Seva Vanitha Army Branch’s ongoing project to construct / complete houses for War Heroes with disabilities on priority basis.

    Troops serving the Security Forces Headquarters, South (SFHQ-S) were invited to attend a specially organized ‘Ranaviru Upahara Pinkama’ at Godagama Purana Sri Rajamaha Viharaya. Godagama south ‘Deegayu Senior Citizens Committee’ every year holds this felicitating meritorious arrangement with the intention of transferring merits to fallen War Heroes and wishing speedy recovery to the injured in the battlefields.
