    WELIOYA: EIGHT INTERNALLY Displaced Persons (IDPs) from MULLAITHIVU areas reached the troops in PULMODDAI on Saturday (2) around 7.30 a.m. seeking protection against LTTE atrocities in un-cleared areas.
