The National Boxing Championship 2025 was successfully held at the Horana Municipal Council Grounds from 26 to 30 January 2026.
The National Tug of War Championship 2026 was successfully held on 25 January 2026 at the Salgadu Grounds in Anuradhapura. The championship was conducted by the Sri Lanka Tug of War Federation with the participation of athletes representing 28 tug of war sport clubs.

The Trophy and Certificate Awarding Ceremony of the Sri Lanka Army Inter-Regiment Billiards and Snooker Tournament 2025 was held on 30 December 2025 at the Corps of Engineer Service Billiards Complex.
The Sri Lanka Army Inter Regiment Triathlon Championship 2025 was successfully conducted on 20 December 2025 at the Chandrika Lake premises in Embilipitiya.
The Sri Lanka Army Sports Medicine Wing successfully concluded Sports Masseur Course No. 10 (NVQ Level 04) on 19 December 2025 at the Regimental Lecture Hall of the Sri Lanka Army Signal Corps.
The Inter Regiment Karate Championship was held from 10 to 12 December 2025 at the Army Physical Training School Indoor Stadium, Panagoda and concluded successfully on 12 December 2025.
A friendly Kabaddi tournament between the Indian Army Kabaddi Team and the Sri Lanka Army Kabaddi Team took place at the Panagoda Army Indoor Stadium on 2 December and 4 December 2025, as part of the Indu-Lanka Bilateral Sports Exchange.
The 6th International Men’s Fajr Cup Weightlifting Championships was held from 26 to 30 November 2025 in Tehran, Iran, bringing together top athletes from across the region. Representing Sri Lanka, a group of elite Sri Lanka Army weightlifters competed as members of the National Weightlifting Team, showcasing remarkable skill and determination on the international stage.
