    The year’s most attractive military spectacle, the precursor to the forthcoming 62nd Army anniversary celebrations was ceremonially opened Friday (23) afternoon at Matara Uyanwatta Ground. The Searchlight Tattoo was declared open to the public by Air Marshal H.D Abeywickrama, Commander who graced the inauguration as Chief Guest. He was received on arrival by Major General R.M.D Ratnayake, Chief of Staff, Army Headquarters.
