Troops of the 68 Division under the Security Force Headquarters-Mullaittivu (SFHQ-MLT) organized a programme to donate school accessories for students who have passed the Grade 5 scholarship examination in 2014, together with Etisalat Telecom Institute, Borella at Udayarkattu Maha Vidyalaya on Tuesday (20).
