The visiting Nepal's Chief of Army Staff, General Gaurav Shumsher Jung Bahadur Rana, commenced his itinerary on Monday (3) morning after a visit to the Defence Services Command and Staff College (DSCSC) at Sapugaskanda. General Rana, a personal associate of his Sri Lanka's counterpart, Lieutenant General Daya Ratnayake is currently in Sri Lanka on a six-day visit.
