    The scheduled visit of the Indian Chief of Army Staff General Dalbir Singh and his delegation on Monday (27) afternoon to Sri Lanka has been postponed until further notice in view of the emergency commitments that had arisen in some parts of India and adjoining Nepal as a result of the devastating 7.8 magnitude earthquake, the office of the Indian Chief of Army Staff announced a few minutes ago.
