A group of Senior Officers of the Security Force Headquarters - Central (SFHQ-C) to coincide with the New Year season visited the Army patients at Diyatalawa Army Base Hospital on Friday (24) as per the instructions of the Commander of the Army.
Brigadier K.M.D.A.A. De Silva, Brigadier General Staff, SFHQ-C, together with Colonel I.O.W. Madola, Brigadier (AQ), SFHQ-C and Brigadier D.S.D. Welikala, Commandant, Marksmanship & Sniper Training School (MSTS), Diyatalawa visited the hospital and inquired into the wellbeing of the Army personnel who are receiving treatment.
The officers gave away gift parcels to the inmates and wished them speedy recovery.
