  • They Clean Kinniya Beach


    Soorangal-based 15 Sri Lanka Light Infantry (SLLI) troops of the 224 Brigade of 22 Division on Wednesday (21) engaged in a Shramadana campaign to clean up the Kinniya beach. Many civilians in the area joined hands together with Army troops who were conducting the Shramadana campaign that became a success.

    A stock of 110 push bicycles, donated by Civil Security Department for distribution among needy civilians in Kilinochchi area, were given away on Friday (23) during a brief ceremony at Kilinochchi Civil Security Department (CSD) Headquarters.
