The Certificate Awarding Ceremony for the Tamil Language Course No. 01–2024, organized by the 9th Field Regiment of the Sri Lanka Artillery, was held on 1 October 2024 at the Cultural Centre, Welikanda. Major General S.A. Kulatunge RSP VSV USP psc, Commander of Security Forces Headquarters (East), graced the event as the Chief Guest, presenting certificates to 178 students from Sinhapura Kanishta Vidyalaya and Nelum Wewa Maha Vidyalaya.
