The most venerated Jaffna’s Nallur Kandaswamy Temple held its annual Theru (buggy) festival with a sea of devotees on Thursday (16). Security Forces Headquarters - Jaffna (SFHQ-J) as it did in the past provided the devotees this year too with 15,000 vegetarian lunch packets free of charge. Distribution of lunch packets was done across three locations in the area.
