The Seva Vanitha Army Branch (SVAB), in a simple ceremony at the SVAB office handed over keys to five newly-built houses to the recipients on Friday (26). Mrs Manjulika Jayasuriya, President SVAB, as the Chief Guest gave away the keys to the recipients.
