    To uplift the living standards of the general public in Mullithivu, 7 Gemunu Watch (GW) troops of 683 Brigade in the 68 Division under the Security Force Headquarters - Mullaittivu (SFHQ-MLT) distributed 135 dry ration packs, each worth of Rs. 3500.00 among resettled families in Theravil Gramaseva Division, Mullaithivu at a ceremony held in Madushani Preschool, Theravil on Saturday (11).
     
  • Log Command Headquarters Holds Army Day Commemorations

     
    Troops at the Headquarters of the Log Command of the Army at Kosgama, on the directions of its Commander, Major General R. M. J. A Rathnayaka, had their own Army Day anniversary programmes, organized in the premises on October 10.  Directed by Brigadier D.C.J.W Jayasekera, a Shramadana campaign, held at Kosgama Government Hospital carried out a programme for repainting of hospital beds, cupboards, furniture, etc before the surrounding was cleaned up.
