Mr. Hans Brattskar had dialogues with the District Secretary Jaffna and Sri Lanka Monitoring Mission officials before leaving for un-cleared areas.
Mr. Hans Brattskar was scheduled to arrive in Colombo, the following day (09) after the visit.
