Colonel K.A.D.C.J. Kodithuwakku of the Sri Lanka Army General Service Corps officially assumed duties as the 15th Director of the Directorate of the Army Benevolent Fund on 08 October 2025 at the Army Cantonment, Panagoda amidst religious observances.

Based on information received by the Sri Lanka Army Intelligence Unit, on 11 October 2025, a joint raid was conducted in collaboration with Officers from the Jayawardhanapura Police Special Task Force in the Kelaniya area.

Brigadier L.R. Wijeratne USP assumed duties as the new Director of the Directorate of Agriculture and Livestock on 07 October 2025 at the Directorate of Agriculture & Livestock, Panagoda, during a formal ceremony.
