The Young Officers Course No 70 concluded at the Army Training School (ATS), Maduru Oya on 29 June 2025 with the participation of 32 Officers.
The tactics leg of SIO Course No 77 was conducted from 2 May 2025 to 28 June 2025 throughout 57 days of rigorous training with the participation of 23 Officers and 164 Other Ranks under the direct supervision of the Directorate of Infantry.
The Institute of Peace Support Operations Training Sri Lanka (IPSOTSL), in line with its 21st Anniversary, conducted an awareness programme on the ‘Clean Sri Lanka’ initiative for the officials of the Palindanuwara Divisional Secretariat at Baduraliya on 23 June 2025.

The Marksmanship and Sniper Training School (MSTS) successfully concluded the Unit Coacher’s Course No. 51 on 18th June 2025 at the Lieutenant Colonel D.B. Rajasinghe Memorial Auditorium in MSTS premises.
The Basic Lifesaving Course No. 24 successfully concluded at the 21 Infantry Division swimming pool in Anuradhapura on 11 June 2025.

Colonel M.N. Gunawardana psc IG, the Colonel Coordinating the “Clean Sri Lanka” Project under the Directorate of Operations, conducted a lecture on the national “Clean Sri Lanka” concept on 03 June 2025 at the Directorate of Civil Administration, Orugodawatta. 71 civilian employees of the Army participated in the lecture.
The Senior Non-Commissioned Officers’ (SNCOs’) Leadership and Career Development Course - 55 concluded at the Combat Training School (CTS) with a certificate awarding ceremony on 06 June 2025.
