The Royal Australian Engineers conducted an F3 mine detector workshop at the Sri Lanka School of Military Engineering (SLSME) from 08 to 11 September 2025.
The Closing Ceremony, was graced by Colonel Amanda Johnston, Defence Advisor to the Australian High Commission, as the Chief Guest. She was warmly welcomed by Colonel J.A.C.S Jagoda psc, Commandant of SLSME.
In her address, she emphasised the importance of continued collaboration in military engineering, highlighting shared objectives of safety, operational excellence, and humanitarian responsibility. Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks took part in the workshop.
