A WIDOWED mother of two children in Eluthumadduwal north, Jaffna received a New Year gift of a different nature on April 15th when all ranks in Mirusuvil-based 17th Battalion of the Gemunu Watch (GW) gifted her a new house, built using their own resources and labour.
