General Liang Guanglie, State Councillor and Minister of National Defence of People’s Republic of China (PRC) who is now in Sri Lanka on a five day official visit paid a courtesy call on HE President, Mahinda Rajapaksa. The visiting Chinese Minister of National Defence was warmly welcomed by President Mahinda Rajapaksa at Temple Trees.
