The closing remarks of the refresher course before attending the United Nations Field Training Event (FTE) ‘Shanti Prayas – IV’ in Nepal got underway on 08 February 2024 at the Institute of Peace Support Operations Training Sri Lanka (IPSOTSL).
The refresher course commenced from 16 January 2024 to 08 February 2024 with the participant 02 Officers and 19 Other Ranks. The course focused on making professional peacekeeping soldiers including all main components of pre-deployment training aspects.
The FTE SHANTI PRAYAS - IV is scheduled to be held at Birendra Peace Operations Training Center - Nepal from 20 February 2024 to 04 March 2024.
Major General C.A Rajapaksha RSP, Commandant of IPSOTSL delivered the closing remarks. Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks participated in programme.
