The Army Physical Training School (APTS) celebrated its 41st Anniversary with a series of programs. The anniversary programme commenced with Bodhi Pooja Pinkama on 31 January 2024.
On the Anniversary day (01 February), troops at APTS conducted a tree planting program on the APTS premises. Afterwards, Colonel B.K.S.L Rodrigo RSP, Commandant, APTS addressed the troops, followed by the customary All Ranks lunch. Additionally, to mark the significance of the day, troops donated dry rations to the inmates of the ‘Senehasa’ Elders and Disabled Home.
Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks participated in the anniversary events.
