The Commander of Security Forces - Jaffna (SF-J), Major General M.G.W.W.W.M.C.B Wickramasinghe RWP RSP ndu psc, met the District Secretary of Kilinochchi, Mrs. Rubawathy Ketheeswaran, at the District Secretariat Office during his official visit to the 55 Infantry Division on Monday (29 Jan).
During the discussion, the District Secretary appreciated the Commander, SF-J for visiting government officials to strengthen civil-military cooperation in the Jaffna Peninsula, assuring the highest consideration and cooperation to the senior government officials, thereby reinforcing the long-lasting bond of civil-military relations in SF-J.
Towards the end, Commander, SF-J presented a special memento to the District Secretary as a token of goodwill. The General Officer Commanding, 55 Infantry Division, and a few Senior Officers were present during the discussion.
