Based on the information provided by the Military Intelligence Corps of the Sri Lanka Army, officials of Special Task Force in Buttala raided a massive cannabis plantation on Wednesday (24 Jan) in the Thittanelara area.
The operation resulted in the apprehension and destruction of more than 80,000 cannabis saplings cultivated on a 2-acre expanse.
