The Sri Lanka Military Academy (SLMA) recently hosted a comprehensive five-day residential programme, focused on "Personality & Skills Development" for 81 students in the Department of Marketing Management at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
The programme, held from 18 to 23 December at SLMA encompassed a diverse range of training sessions where those undergraduates actively participated in modules covering leadership, problem-solving, overcoming challenges, confidence-building, discipline, communication, teamwork, personality development, and social etiquettes.
Additionally, the programme provided valuable insights into the importance of preserving nature and conservation of environment. The workshop was inaugurated by the SLMA Commandant after delivering a brief speech welcoming all of them to the SLMA.
