68 Infantry Division Turns 14 Years Old

Army troops of the 68 Infantry Division HQ celebrated the 14th Anniversary of the 68 Infantry Division at the Division Headquarters in Kombavil on Sunday (10 December 2023) as per guidelines, given by Major General S. Kasturimudali, RSP ndc psc, the General Officer Commanding, 68 Infantry Division.

The ceremonies commenced with a floral tribute laid to commemorate War Heroes at the Monument of Victory. In accordance with military traditions, a ceremonial Guard Turnout was presented to the General Officer Commanding at the entrance on arrival followed by a parade.

The day's event culminated with an All Rank lunch where the GOC got the opportunity to interact with Officers and Other Ranks in the 68 Division.
