Army Engineer Division Imparts 'Leadership Training' Traits to Prefects on Request

On the request of school authorities at Kottawa North Dharmapla Vidyalaya, troops of the Sri Lanka Army Engineer Division, Mattegoda conducted a leadership training programme for 78 prefects of the Vidyalaya on Tuesday (05) after inviting the prefects to the Sri Lanka Army Engineer Division premises at Mattegoda.

The main intention of the course was to enhance the general knowledge on 'leadership qualities, teamwork and team-building capacities, personality and social etiquettes'. The workshop included lectures, indoor and outdoor activities, and a demonstration pertaining to leadership traits.

At the end of the workshop, each participant was awarded a certificate. The General Officer Commanding of Sri Lanka Army Engineer Division Major General S.A Kulatunge RWP RSP VSV USP psc attended the inauguration of the training session as the Chief Guest.
