Major General A.H.L.G Amarapala RWP RSP ndc psc, Director General Finance Management and Colonel Commandant of Corps of Engineers Services Regiment (CES) made an official visit to the 10 (V) Engineer Services Regiment (ESR) HQ at Ambalanthota on 05 December.
Major General A.H.L.G Amarapala RWP RSP ndc psc after a warm welcome addressed the troops and highlighted the importance of their services. Afterwards, the Commanding Officer of 10 (V) ESR briefed about the present role and tasks of the Battalion to the visiting Colonel Commandant of Corps of Engineers Services. After a while, he was invited to plant a sapling inside the camp premises to mark his visit to the Battalion.
He also posed for several group photographs as memories before joining the customary All Rank tea where he interacted with the troops.
