Colonel H.P.L De Alwis USP Lsc recently assumed duties as the new Commandant of the Sri Lanka Electrical and Mechanical Engineering (SLEME) Training School in Kandy amidst religious observances and military formalities.
Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks of SLEME Training School were associated with the simple inaugural ceremony.
