3 (V) SLSR Cricketers Win Championship in Inter Battalion Tournament

The Inter Battalion Cricket Tournament - 2023 of the Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment (SLSR) took place from 27 to 30 November at the Nuwara Eliya Municipal Council Ground.

A total of 10 teams participated in the tournament. The 3 (V) Battalion of the Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment emerged as the champions pushing 21 Battalion of the Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment cricketers to the runner-up position.

Lance Corporal G.P.C. Perera was adjudged as the Player of the Tournament cum the Best Batsman award. Lance Corporal A. Dayasiri was presented the trophy for the Best Player in the final match.
