Coincident with their 27th anniversary, 2 (V) Sri Lanka Army General Service Corps (SLAGSC) troops launched a community- oriented project by cleaning the beach patch along the Mount Lavinia coastal belt on Friday (24 Nov).
A group of 40 troops with their Commanding Officer engaged in the cleaning programme. The guidance of the SLAGSC Center Commandant and the Commanding Officer of 2 (v) SLAGSC helped them to complete the project within hours.
