A gathering of 64 sportsmen and sportswomen of the Sri Lanka Army Medical Corps (SLAMC) Regimental Centre at Werahera on Wednesday (09 Aug) were the listeners to a lecture on 'Regimental Sports Psychology' organized as per guidelines given by Brigadier P.A.M Peiris RSP USP psc, Director Sports. It was part of a series of lectures, being organized by this Directorate.
The Centre Commandant of SLAMC, Brigadier W.A.U.S Wanasekara RWP USP facilitated the programme and the Regimental Sports Officer coordinated the arrangement.
The Sri Lanka Army Sports Psychologist, Captain O.D.S.K Rupasri conducted the sport psychology lecture session themed, 'Managing Competitive Stress and Psychological Adaptation by Keeping up the Mindfulness'.
