Junior Leadership and Career Development Course No 47 at ATS Ends

The certificate- awarding ceremony in the 'Junior Leadership and Career Development Course No-47' got underway at Ampara Combat Training School (ATS) on 21 February. Colonel Kamal De Silva, Commanding Officer, CTS graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.

The 100 Non-Commissioned officers (NCOs) followed the 3-month long course and Corporal H.M.M.B Hearth of I Commando Regiment was awarded as the Best student of the course.

The aim of the course was to improve leadership qualities and enhance the cohesiveness of the Non-Commissioned Officers.
