COS Inspects Arrangements at Army Inter Regiment Drill and Pace Stick Awarding Ceremony

Major General Channa Weerasuriya, Chief of Staff (COS) and Colonel of the Regiment Sri Lanka Light Infantry (SLLI), prior to the conduct of the Army Inter Regiment Drill and Pace Stick Awarding Ceremony on Tuesday (14) afternoon, called at the SLLI parade square where all regimental teams were on rehearsal before the awarding ceremony.

Major General Channa Weerasuriya after closely watching the arrangements of the mammoth event spoke to the organizers and offered some guidelines for further improvement of those displays, to be attended by the Commander of the Army as the Chief Guest.

Few Senior Officer were also present at the location.
