Central Commander Continues His Field Visits

Major General Mohan Rathnayake, Commander, Security Forces - Central (SF - Central) continuing his field visits reached the 112 Infantry Brigade HQ in Badulla and the 2 Sri Lanka Rifle Corps (2 SLRC) camp at Buddankotte on Tuesday (Mar 21).

The visiting Central Commander was warmly welcomed by Brigadier Duminda Dayawansa, Commander, 112 Infantry Brigade and Lieutenant Colonel A.M.A.N.K Weligepola, Commanding Officer, 2 SLRC . At first, he was invited to plant a Na sapling in the 112 Infantry Brigade premises and a mango sapling inside the 2 SLRC camp premises adding memories to his visits.

Afterwards, the Central Commander closely inspected both locations and inquired into the well-being of the troops. Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks were associated with the events.
