Army Bodybuilders participating in the Sri Lanka Body-building Federation (SLBF)-organized 74th Mr Sri Lanka National Bodybuilding Championship 2023 won 2 Gold Medals, 4 Silver Medals and 1 Bronze Medal. It was held on 26 March at Tower Hall, Colombo.
Representing island-wide 9 Sports team, including the Sri Lanka Army team, a total of 377 body-builders participated in this tournament under seven weight categories (60, 65, 75, 75, 80, 85 and 90kg).
Lance Corporal M.Y.W Pushpakumara of 2 (v) Sri Lanka Army General Service Corps was awarded the second Best Player trophy in the Championship.
