A workshop dedicated to the memory of falllen War Heroes, titled ‘4 Armoured Regiment in the Humanitarian Operation’ got underway on the victory day (19 May) at Clappenburg camp in Trincomalee in order to commemorate the victory against terrorism.
The day's training programme commenced after commemorating all fallen War Heroes at the 4 Sri Lanka Armoured Corps (4 SLAC) War Memorial.
The workshop educated the attendees on the role played by SLAC troops at large during operations against terrorism during 2006-2009. Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks took part in the training session.
