To be in line with the policy of releasing lands of the civilians hitherto used by the Army for operational and security needs in the Mullaitivu district, the Security Force HQ- Mullaitivu as per directions of the Commander of the Army, Lieutenant General Vikum Liyanage RWP RSP ndu released eight land plots of about 70.05 acres
