Troops to Build House for a Needy Family with Musaeus Girls

With financial assistance provided by the past students of the Musaeus College, Colombo, the foundation stone for construction of a house for a needy family in Devahoowa area was laid during a simple ceremony on Monday (13).

111 Brigade Commander of the Brigade, Brigadier Rohitha Rathnayake as the Chief Guest laid the foundation stone at the auspicious minute after religious observances.

The benificiary, Ms W A Madusha Prashaani Dharmapala, 20 Acre garden, Hinnuggala in Devahoowa also joined the inaugural occasion.

Army troops attached to the 111 Brigade will engage in the construction work on the guidelines given by engineer troops.
