In order to meet with any contingency as regards the outbreak of COVID-19, the 231 Brigade of the 23 Division of the Security Force HQ-East assisted the establishment of the COVID-19 Operation Centre at the Batticaloa District Secretariat which became operational round the clock from Monday (9) onwards.
This COVID-19 24 hr Operational Centre at Batticaloa is manned by Officials of the Regional Director of Health Services, Representatives of the District Secretary, Officers of the Police DIG's office, Officers and Other Ranks of the 231 Brigade HQ and a few other responsible agencies. Commander, SF-East, 23 Division GOC and 231 Brigade Commander have given their blessings for the task.
Support given by the troops for its establishment and the operational aspect was commended by the Batticaloa District Secretary, Regional Director of Health Services, Director Teaching Hospital and all senior government appointment holders during their visit to the operation room for its inauguration at 1030 hrs on Monday (09).Nike shoes | Nike Dunk - Collection - Sb-roscoff
