Brigadier Chamila Munasinghe, Sri Lanka Artillery (SLA) Brigade Commander paid an official visit to the 12 (Volunteer) SLA HQ on 18 August 2020 at Koorai, Mannar.
The program commenced with the Commanding Officer's briefing and a visit to the camp premises before he addressed the troops.
After planting a sapling in the premises, he left compliments in the Visitors' book.
