Jaffna Security Forces Commander Calls on Bishop of Jaffna & District Secretary for Jaffna

The newly-appointed Commander, Security Forces - Jaffna, Major General Senerath Bandara had a formal audience with Bishop of Jaffna His Lordship Right Reverend Dr Justin B Gnanapragasam and called on Mr Kanapathipillai Maheshan, District Secretary for Jaffna on Monday (24).

The Bishop invoked blessings on the new appointment and wished him good luck for future endeavours.

During the meeting at the District Secretariat, the District Secretary discussed the present progress of the Civil-Military Coordination and Reconciliation in the Jaffna peninsula with the Security Forces Commander.
