19 Sri Lanka National Guard (SLNG) troops of the Security Force HQ, Central assisted the carrying of the relic casket and the replica of the God Saman back to Nallathanniya en route to Galpottewela Raja Maha Vihara in Ratnapura that marks the culmination of Sripada worship season on Friday (8).
Officers and Other Ranks of the 19 SLNG, together with Major General Keerthi Costa,Commander Security Forces Central, Major General Senarath Bandara, General Officer Commanding 11 Division and 112 Brigade Commander joined the start of the procession and carried the relics.
