Chief of Defence staff and Commander of the Army Lieutenant General Shavendra Silva who is also the Head of the National Operation Centre for Prevention of COVID-19 Outbreak (NOCPCO) was in Jayamaga TV talk show on Sunday (29) where he explained the series of measures being adopted to arrest the spread of the deadly transmission and the general status quo.
